[edit] Turok: Dinosaur Hunter Characters

Tal Set from Turok: Dinosaur Hunter.

Protagonist: Tal'Set: Tal 'Set is the main character in Turok: Dinosaur Hunter. It is explained in the first game that the Turok are time traveling warriors that maintain the balance between good and evil in the universe. During the events of Turok: Dinosaur Hunter, his mission is to stop the known as the Campaigner from gaining a weapon know as the Chronoscepter. Tal' Set manages to locate the pieces of the weapon before The Campaigner, and defeats the villain in a single combat. The game takes place several years after the events of Turok: Evolution, which would suggest that Tal' Set defeated the Sleg and Lord Tyrannus as well. It is also unknown as to the fate of Tal' Set after this game, though it is general stated that he was killed in the blast that destroyed the Chronoscepter after it was tossed into the volcano at the end of the game. It is also interesting to note that the Tal' Set in Turok: Rage Wars wears a suit of some sort. This may have been made to keep him alive after the end of 'Dinosaur Hunter', if he were to survive the blast.

Antagonist (Main Enemy): Campaigner: Campaigner is the main villain in Turok: Dinosaur Hunter.

[edit] Turok 2: Seeds of Evil

Joshua Fireseed.

Protagonist: Joshua Fireseed: Joshua is the new Turok, and was apparently trained by Tal Set himself. He was a college student during the events of Turok: 2. Joshua's mission is to protect the Energy Totems and destroy the Primagen.

Secondary Character: Adon: Adon is the extraterrestrial Governess of Galyanna, the capital of the Lost Land. Adon is a old friend of Joshua and the Turok Lineage. She helps Joshua throughout his journey to stop the Primagen, and also provides tips for his success. She is the speaker of Forever Light, an Utopian city hidden in the Lost Land. Within this city are many AIs who can detect any trouble anywhere in the Lost Land. Adon is also in love with Joshua.

Antagonist: Primagen: Primagen is a sentient being from a time millions of years before our current universe. He thinks that by destroying the Energy totems, he can return to his era. He controls a massive army consisting of Raptoids, Mantids, Blind Ones, Purr-linn, and Flesh Eaters. Joshua eventually uses the Light Burden to destroy the Primagen.

Secondary Antagonist: Oblivion: During the events of Turok 2, six fake portals where placed in order to fool Turok and get him killed by Oblivion, the antagonist of Turok 3.

[edit] Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion

Danielle Fireseed description on Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion.

Protagonists: Joseph and Danielle Fireseed: Joseph and Danielle are the last members of the Fireseed family as Joshua died during the events of Turok 3. They are summoned by the Council of Voices to decide which one of them would carry the Light Burden.

Secondary Character: Adon: Adon is the Speaker of Forever light and the bridge between Galyana and the rest of the Lost Land. She guides Joseph and Danielle in their quest to stop Oblivion from destroying our universe. At the end of the game, however, she resigned her position in order to save Joshua Fireseed. She is later replaced by Ivree, who looks a lot like Adon, possibly, her sister.

Secondary Characters: Council of Voices: The Council of Voices are in charge of the protection of Galyana from any outside threat. They are compromised of Artificial Intelligence, possibly left behind by the former leaders of Galyana to protect Galyana's inhabitants. At the end of the game (Turok 3), it looks like the Council is somewhat behind Josh's death and possibly connected with Oblivion.

Secondary Character: Joshua Fireseed: Former Turok who met his fate at the hands of Oblivion. After the events of Turok 2, he starts getting these sort of Apocalyptic dreams, where he is rescuing a child but dies at the hand of Oblivion. He speaks to his sister, Danielle telling her that the end is near. He is badly wounded after destroying his family's home, while Joseph and Danielle escaped Oblivion. At the end of the game, Josh is captured by Oblivion and is used as bait to get his relatives killed. He is, however, badly wounded and possibly left dying on Oblivion's HQ.

Antagonist: Oblivion: Oblivion is the main antagonist on Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion. He is responsible of the death of Joshua Fireseed. At one point in the game, it is told that Oblivion existed before the creation of both, the Lost Land and our universe. Oblivion met his fate at the hands of Joseph and Danielle Fireseed at the end of Turok 3.

Unknown Character: Ivree: Nothing is much known about her. At the end of the game, she takes on the role of Adon as the new Speaker of Forever Light. It may speculated that she and Adon are related, although no official information has been released.

[edit] Turok: Evolution

Tal Set, as seen on Turok: Evolution.

Protagonist: Tal'Set: The young Saquin warrior, while attempting to make a desperate escape with the remaining survivors of his tribe to a relatively safe Mexico, is ambushed by the bloodthirsty Captain Tobias Bruckner. In the ensuing battle, Tal Set is badly wounded and left bleeding to death from a bullet to his liver. His split blood causes an otherworldly reaction that is the first of a sequence of events that will send him into a world he never dreamed of - The Lost Land.

Secondary Character: Djun: The leader of the River Village troops. He rescues Tal Set and the Wise Father after escaping from the Sleg compound.

Secondary Character: Wise Father: An old and wise man who guides you through some levels. He is captured by the Sleg in an attempt to get him to talk about the shortest way to invade Galyana.

Secondary Character: Tar Keen: A mysterious seer who brings Tal Set back from the brink of death. He is bound by an oath to the ancient god "Stone" to seek out a warrior who can bring balance to the Lost Land and take up the mantle of Turok. He is protected by the Six Points, spine-covered reptilian cat creatures who never stray far from their master.

Secondary Character: Genn: A young and tomboyish woman who teaches Tal Set how to fly the Pteranodon and what the objectives are for that level.

Antagonist: Captain Tobias Bruckner: A frontiersman, Bruckner was infamous for his extreme hatred against Native Americans and hated as a killer of their kind. While locked in battle with Tal'Set's tribe, Bruckner fell off a cliff and into the same portal as the protagonist did. But unlike Tal'Set, who aligned with the humans, he joined the warrior forces under Tyrannus.

Secondary Antagonist: Lord Tyrannus: Lord Tyrannus was the leader of the Sleg during the events of Turok: Evolution. Not much is know about him except that he gives Captain Tobias Bruckner a large Sleg army to invade Galyana. At the end of Turok: Evolution, he is seen trapped inside a fortress, where Tal Set accepts his role as the "Son of Stone".
