Notes and references[]

  1. Rank: a title for cosmetic purposes, indicating level of progress.
  2. Skin: for players, a skin is a new texture for the same character. For computer-controlled players, more elaborate textures are indicative of better, more difficult AI.
  3. Cheats are accessed from the main menu (pressing Z in the N64 version). Requirements can be also met by attaining 2000 kills total (can be pooled by multiple players).
  4. Extra modes are Time Trial and Frag Fest; normally unlocked by collecting minigame icons in single-player mode.
