MG Gunship

The Mendel-Grumman Gunship is one of the bosses that are encountered in the MG base. It is a modified version of the MG Helicopter, as it has a secondary paint scheme. The Gunship is armed with a short range chaingun, which it uses to devastate ground forces. It is only encountered inside the Mendel-Grumman base. It is capable of dropping and picking up an excess of six soldiers, similar to the MG APC.

The MG Gunship has only a small amount of armor, as it must be able to fly quickly. It must also be able to drop soldiers into battle quickly and effectively. The Gunship does, however, have increased armor, seeing as how it is a gunship. One blast from an RPG or Rocket Turret will destroy it.

The MG Gunship is only equipped with a chaingun, which is very effective when used against ground infantry. It has a rate of fire of around 500 rounds per minute. The chaingun is less effective against armor and vehicles.
